Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed, packed, and dispatched within three (3) business days from the date the order is placed. Delivery timeframes vary depending on the delivery location within Australia.

2. Shipping Fees
A flat shipping fee of $9.95 AUD applies to all orders within Australia.
Free shipping is available for orders with a total value of $89 AUD or more, unless otherwise stated during promotional periods.

3.Order Tracking
Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details. Tracking information allows customers to monitor the status of their delivery through the courier’s system.

4. Delivery Delays
While we aim to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including courier delays or peak delivery periods. If an order appears delayed beyond a reasonable timeframe, customers are encouraged to contact us for assistance in following up with the courier.

5. Damaged or Broken Items
If an order arrives damaged or with broken items, customers must:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged product and external packaging, including the shipping label.

  • Retain the damaged items and packaging until advised otherwise.

Upon receipt of the required information, we will arrange a replacement and lodge a damage report with the courier. Replacement items will be sent with additional protective packaging.

6. Returns & Taste Guarantee
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted under normal circumstances.

However, all purchases are covered by The Freddie's Promise. If you are not satisfied with the taste, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

We may request additional information to understand the issue and will work with you to provide a suitable resolution, including a replacement or refund where appropriate.

7. Missing Items
If an item is missing from an order, customers must notify us by email and provide:

  • The order number

  • Photo evidence of the received items

  • A brief description of the issue

We will investigate the matter and resolve it as promptly as possible.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations
Requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted as soon as possible after placing the order. Changes may only be accommodated prior to dispatch and are not guaranteed once processing has commenced.

Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind purchases or price differences identified after an order is placed.

9. Order Placement Issues
Customers experiencing technical difficulties when placing an order are encouraged to contact us for assistance.

10. Shipping Locations
At this time, we ship within Australia only. International shipping is not currently available.
