Orders & Shipping

We pack and send every order within 3 business days. Delivery time depends on where you are in Australia, but as soon as it’s on the way you’ll get a tracking link so you can follow its journey.

Shipping is a flat $9.95 across Australia.

And remember - orders over $89 ship free.

Yes - as soon as we’ve sent your order you’ll receive a tracking link by email. If it doesn’t arrive or you’re unsure what you’re seeing, just contact us and we’ll help you out.

Occasionally deliveries can take a bit longer - especially in busy periods. If it’s looking like yours has stalled, reach out and we’ll check it for you. We don’t like you waiting for your sauce either.

We pack with care, but if a bottle breaks in transit we’ll fix it. Just take a photo of the bottle and packaging, email it to us, and we’ll organise a replacement with extra protection.

Because sauces are made to be eaten, we don’t normally accept returns - but you’re covered by our 100% Taste Guarantee. If you’re not delighted with the flavour, send it back within 30 days and we’ll make it right.

If anything’s missing, we’re on it. Email us your order number and a photo, and we’ll sort it out.

If you change your mind after ordering, let us know as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been packed yet we’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee changes once it’s in the system.

Sometimes we can make a change before dispatch. Email us quickly with your order details and what you’d like changed and we’ll check on it.
