
Christmas Seafood Cocktail Sauce
A simple, punchy seafood sauce we make every Christmas.
Perfect with prawns, oysters, or anything that needs a little extra lift.
Quick to make, easy to tweak, and always on our table.
Ingredients

1/4 cup mayonnaise (we use Hellmann’s Real Mayo)

1 tsp Corporal Freddie’s Worcestershire Sauce

3 tsp Corporal Freddie’s Tomato Sauce

A splash of lemon juice (bottled is fine, fresh if you have it)
Method

Add all ingredients to a bowl.

Stir well.

Taste and adjust if needed.
That’s it.
Freddie’s Notes

Like it a little punchier: Add a little extra Worcestershire

For a sharper finish: Add more lemon juice.

To serve: Best made fresh, but will keep covered in the fridge for a day.
